Desitin has significant expertise in medication for treating epilepsy and Parkinson’s disease and offers nearly all of the antiseizure drugs listed in the WHO Model List of Essential Medicines. Market Expansion Manager (m/f/d)

Market Expansion Manager (m/w/d)

Your role:

  • Identify and assess potential new markets and customers
  • Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for market expansion
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand market share and penetrate new markets/ being the project owner for opening up new affiliates
  • Develop and manage market expansion budget and ROI
  • Develop relationships with new customers and partners to facilitate market expansion
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure successful integration of new markets
  • Monitor progress of market expansion initiatives and report on key metrics
  • Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the industry and customer needs
  • Stay abreast of changes in the industry and recommend strategies for adapting to changing market conditions

Experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Several years of relevant experience in market expansion and/or business development
  • Knowledge of market data (e.g. IQVIA) and competitive analysis
  • Proven track record of successful market expansion plans
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Intercultural competence and experience in dealing with global business partners
  • Excellent project management skills
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and decisiveness
  • Fluency in English (must) and advanced level of German (preferable)
